Diffusa

Diffusa is a range of climate screens specially designed for light-distribution management in commercial greenhouses. White diffusing strips scatter incoming sunlight across the crop canopy, helping create a more even light environment. When used in an internal screen system, closed options can form a thermal layer that helps reduce heat loss at night or in cold conditions. Diffusa also offers open options that support airflow.

Diffusa Light-Diffuse Greenhouse Curtain

Diffusa is available in four different types. The closed constructions support light management, shading, and energy-saving or thermal-insulation needs. The open constructions retain more airflow while supporting light management.

Diffusa W

Diffusa W is an interior flat-woven diffuse screen for commercial greenhouses. White and transparent film strips run in both directions of the fabric, providing shade while scattering incoming sunlight in more directions. It is an option for greenhouse light distribution management, greenhouse shading, and greenhouse energy saving.

Diffusa W Features

  • Application: Greenhouse interior
  • Construction: Flat woven with white and transparent film strips in two directions
  • Main Climate Functions: Light distribution management, shading, energy saving, and thermal insulation
  • System: Hanging, sliding, or fixed installation
  • Materials: Acrylic Fiber, Polyester Fiber, Polyolefin
  • Shading Rate: 28% to 95%
  • Energy Saving: 50%
  • Strip Width: 3.5 mm
  • Shrinkage: 80°C 2hrs ≤ 1%

Diffusa K

Diffusa K is an interior closed knitted diffuse screen for commercial greenhouses. Transparent PE film closes the space between the white diffusing strips. When used with an internal screen system, it can form a thermal layer that helps reduce heat loss at night or in cold conditions. This makes it suitable where greenhouse light distribution management and greenhouse energy saving are needed together.

Diffusa K Features

  • Application: Greenhouse interior
  • Construction: Six-needle warp knitted, closed structure with transparent PE film
  • Main Climate Functions: Light distribution management and thermal insulation
  • Materials: Polyester FDY+UV, High-Diffusion PE Film, Transparent PE Film
  • Shading Rate: 40% to 65%
  • Energy Saving: 49% to 56%
  • Standard Widths: 3.3 m, 4.3 m, and 5.3 m; other widths can be customized
  • Strip Width: 4 mm
  • Shrinkage: 80°C 2hrs ≤ 1%

Diffusa K – Open

Diffusa K…O is an interior open knitted diffuse screen for commercial greenhouses. Its construction has no transparent PE closing film, leaving open areas that support more natural airflow. It is intended for internal screen systems that need to balance greenhouse light distribution management, greenhouse shading, and ventilation. Light and energy-saving values vary by SKU.

Diffusa K – Open Features

  • Application: Greenhouse interior
  • Construction: Six-needle warp knitted, open structure without transparent PE closing film
  • Main Climate Functions: Light distribution management, shading, and natural airflow support
  • Airflow: Open areas support natural airflow
  • Materials: Polyester FDY+UV, High-Diffusion PE Film
  • Shading Rate: 40% to 75%
  • Energy Saving: 15% to 30%
  • Standard Widths: 3.3 m, 4.3 m, and 5.3 m; other widths can be customized

Diffusa Exterior

Diffusa K…O-E is an exterior open knitted diffuse screen for commercial greenhouses. Its main climate-management role is to provide shading and light management before solar radiation enters the greenhouse, while its open construction supports airflow. It can be used in greenhouse shading and greenhouse light distribution management projects. Exterior installation and model selection should be confirmed against the greenhouse structure, local climate, and operating requirements.

Diffusa Exterior Features

  • Application: Greenhouse exterior
  • Construction: Six-needle warp knitted, open exterior structure
  • Main Climate Functions: Exterior shading, light distribution management, and natural airflow support
  • Airflow: Open areas support natural airflow
