Background
The customer is a greenhouse supplier in Uzbekistan. They serve commercial greenhouse projects and greenhouse growers in the local market. Some of these projects use Dutch greenhouse systems, so the customer needed climate screens that could match the existing system requirements.
The customer had mainly sourced climate screens from European suppliers. As its projects and follow-up orders increased, the customer wanted another supplier. The new supplier needed to offer flexible specifications, stable bulk supply, and repeat supply for future projects.
The customer’s main needs included:
- Backup Supplier: Add a stable climate screen supplier in addition to existing European suppliers.
- System Match: Match existing Dutch greenhouse screen systems and project requirements.
- Product Range: Add options beyond conventional aluminum shade screens.
- Bulk Supply: Support project orders, repeat supply, and long-term cooperation.
- Crop Use: Support commercial greenhouse projects for tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and other high-value vegetables.
Solution
INSONSHADE provided climate screen options for the customer’s existing greenhouse projects. Thermax was a main option for projects that needed shading, heat retention, and energy saving. Diffusa and Transix were also available for projects with different needs for light diffusion or light transmission.

INSONSHADE matched the screen type, roll width, roll length, and other specifications to the Dutch greenhouse curtain systems used in the customer’s projects.
INSONSHADE also provided specification support based on project quantity. Direct factory supply made it easier to support flexible specifications, stable bulk orders, and repeat supply for future projects.
Result
After product confirmation, the customer added INSONSHADE as an additional supplier for commercial greenhouse projects. This gave the customer more climate screen options for new projects and screen replacement, in addition to its existing European suppliers.
Stable specifications and repeat supply made it easier to plan future orders. The customer could offer different climate screen options for different performance and budget requirements for its greenhouse customers.
